A Quick Make

Hi I'm back with a quick March make. Take one vintage pillowcase and one ceramic.....well I'm not quite sure what it was used for but it's small and cup like and very pink. I think my sanity was questioned the day I came home with these. These? Yes, I bought two I could see their potential.
Plus it gave me an excuse to road test my new pinking shears. Cut a circle, run some stitches around the edge, gather up and firmly stuff........
........and I now have a perfect little pincushion.

I'll be back tomorrow with my Month In Numbers.

Very cute. Love your butterflies for Deb and the fabric and that dress pattern looks awesome. Love the way it's packaged.

Welcome home Amanda. *Ü* I would love to hear about your hols. Just my 'cup of tea'! LOL. Your dinky little pot is so cute and a great way to show it off with a pin cushion. BTW. I didn't crochet the 'cherry' in case you may be thinking I have learned to crochet afterall! I bought it like that. Have had it in my stash for a couple of years intending to make a 'cupcake'. TFS. ~Glen~

That is adorable and a good use for the cup! I am ashamed by the fact that I had signed up for the Monthly Make but have yet to create something for it! :(
Have a great Sunday!

I love this and I did giggle at the thought of the sanity questioning. It's so cute.
