In the end I went for Vintage Dress Love.
Do you remember the Skirt I recycled? That's what made up my mind in the end as I thought I'd make something for my Mum as it was her skirt from the 70s that I cut up. To colour the shoes I carefully coloured them with promarkers.
I may well be visting the shop again to buy Polaroid Love and Boot Love
Before I go I thought I'd share a couple of my favourite pieces from the Lucky 365 days project.
Blondie from Bombshell Week
Batboy
Aren't you impressed that one of these masterpieces appears every single day?
I am.

Yes I am! Completely impressed. What a wonderful find and your skirt picture is beautiful
ReplyDeleteSo cool! My dauthter turned me on to 365 Lucky Days and I have loved seeing her daily creations. I absolutly adore your piece, and I love that the fabric is from your mom's skirt.
ReplyDeleteFunny - we were leaving comments on each other's blogs at the same time.
ReplyDeleteRE: The butterflies: When ever you have one ready you can mail it to me. I plan to put them on a wall and collect them until May 1st, then package them up and send them to the museum. If you could email me at paperturtle{at}cox{dot}net I'll send you my mailing info. Thanks, Amanda!!! xo
